Incorporating client feedback, we fine-tune the elevation design and finalize color schemes and material finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
We prepare detailed working drawings, including structural, electrical, and plumbing plans, to guide the construction process efficiently.
Our team prepares a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and forecasts the total project budget. We identify suitable material suppliers and assist in selecting vendors and brands to ensure materials align with the stipulated budget.
The project is executed by our skilled and experienced team, which includes contractors, site supervisors, painters, carpenters, electricians, and fabricators, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Regular site visits are conducted to monitor construction progress, supported by detailed photographs. We review drawings, site conditions, and material quality to ensure adherence to design and construction standards.
